38th Street is the nicest street in Downtown Playa full of vegetation and shade as it goes down from 5th Avenue down to the beach.  There are great locals' favorite restaurants just a few minutes from you and this is the quieter, newer, most desirable area to be in. Another plus is right next to you there is a High-end Supermarket Chedraui Selecto that just opened to the public. Everything you need will be right next to you within walking distance.
