What does one of Las Vegas’ most successful Real Estate Professionals do after riding out the most turbulent decade since the great depression; after conquering nearly every aspect of the profession, achieving wealth, status and respect; but at the same time watching his surroundings grow bleak daily with rising unemployment, ever escalating health care boondoggles, and a Government that seems impossibly broken?
He changes his surroundings of course.
American Realty is excited to announce the newest member of its team, Steve Didier as new Chief Marketing Officer.
Steve, who is originally from the heartland of Minnesota, brings small town values, and a way to relate to people that can only be taught from salt of the earth parents to a Playa del Carmen Real Estate market that as of late has become famous for its Jennifer Aniston and Cameron Diaz sightings. His duties will primarily be to coordinate all marketing efforts including social media, print and online presence.
Shortly after graduating high school, Steve left his parents farm to serve his country in the United States Army. After doing his tour of duty, the bright lights and big city of Las Vegas beckoned, and he learned that his strong work ethic could translate anywhere.
In his Real Estate career with the re-known Prudential Americana Group, his many recognitions include:

But awards and recognitions only tell part of the story. “The real value that Steve brings is his enthusiasm and his attention to detail” says Chris Rauton, Director of American Realty.

Steve’s first assignment will be to head up efforts for the Caribbean Living project located in Playa del Carmen. This is a mixed use project that combines condos and townhomes, with prices starting at $59,000 USD for a 2 bedroom condo in one of the most exclusive zip codes in the entire Caribbean.
In calendar year 2013 approximately 600 units were sold, making this one of, if not the most, successful project in the entire Caribbean.
