117 million peso to be invested into remodeling Playa del Carmen’s Fifth Avenue

Details regarding the remodeling of Playa del Carmen’s popular Fifth Avenue shopping area has been revealed by the municipal city council who say the area has suffered deterioration for years, due to a lack of maintenance.
